Phyllis Webb is a wife, mother, and woman of faith. As a young girl, after hearing the story of Mary at a Christmas play up the street from where she lived, Phyllis developed a strong desire to live for Jesus, and truly that is what she has done.
In 1982, after moving back to Birmingham, Alabama from attending Rhema Bible Training Center, she and her husband, Scott Webb, pioneered Word of Life Christian Center. Together they have pastored for nearly thirty years. If there was ever a woman who depicts a godly helpmeet, she is it.
Today, she continues to serve alongside her husband in ministry, teaching and preaching the Word of Faith. She has blessed countless individuals through her passion for Jesus, which radiates her deep desire to help believers grow stronger in their personal walk with the Lord.
